When will my order ship?
We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Please keep in mind that carrier delays may occur and are outside of Daisy Rose Boutique's control.
How do I track my order?
Once your ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been shipped.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy
We want you to love your Daisy Rose Boutique purchase! Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, odors, makeup and free of pet hair, with original tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
How do I start a return?
Sign in to your Daisy Rose customer account and select the order containing the item you would like to return. Submit a return request for the eligible item, and once your request is reviewed, you'll receive further instructions by email.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending your return back to Daisy Rose Boutique.

How do I know what size to order?
Sizing may vary depending on the brand and style. Please check the sizing and fit information provided in each product description before ordering. If an item runs small, oversized, or has a special fit, we will do our best to note that in the product details.
Will sold-out items be restocked?

How should I care for my items?
Care instructions may vary by item, so please follow the care label on your garment for the best results. For graphic apparel, we recommend washing inside out in cold water and avoiding high heat to help protect the design and keep your item looking its best.
